The rules for using thesteadyinvestor.net and receiving the The Steady Investor letter.
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Applies to thesteadyinvestor.net
By accessing thesteadyinvestor.net or subscribing to the The Steady Investor letter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The Steady Investor is a financial-media publication. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, nor personalized advice. We do not know your circumstances, and our content does not account for them.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The site is operated from the United States; if you access it elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with local law.
Our letter is free. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may change the format or cadence, or discontinue it, without notice.
All content — text, analysis, graphics, and layout — is owned by Highgraph Marketing LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Our names and logos may not be used without written permission.
You may read our content, and share short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our content to train machine-learning models, without written permission.
You agree not to: scrape or harvest the site by automated means; interfere with its operation or security; misrepresent your identity; use the content to manipulate a security's price; or use the site for anything unlawful.
We link to third-party sites and quote third-party data. We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
We accept advertising and sponsorship. Compensated content is identified as such. Where we have been paid by, or hold a position connected to, a company we write about, that relationship is disclosed in the relevant issue, as required by the FTC and Section 17(b) of the Securities Act.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highgraph Marketing LLC and its officers, employees, and contributors are not liable for any investment loss or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Highgraph Marketing LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law — do.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may revise these Terms. The “last updated” date will change, and continued use after a revision means you accept it.
